Introduction

You just found what you have been seeking for several days, something that will let you earn money to pay those bills you have been collecting for a while, a job. Feel happy, feel great, but please do remember you have just received the job offer and the first thing you have to do is to write an acceptance E-mail.

To write such letter is always a good idea, it reflects your gratitude towards the entity. This means that the entity acknowledges that you are counting on them, and it is good to know that there are people that are capable to rely on. But enough sentimentalism; an acceptance job offer needs to be created with information that reveals one is a true professional, it has to reflect that you are the true asset. To perform the ultimate letter you would need to be specific, cheerful, and most important professional.

Specific due time as the reader of your letter has more information to deal with. To be cheerful retaliates as you admit you embrace the specific position bravely, and also reflects that you are a supporter of a good behavior inside the job description. To show how professional you are, it gives the entity a seal that guarantees your excellence.

With the letter you will be able to compile upfront job information that can help you deal with future events, also it is part of courtesy you have to reflect towards any individual in life, information such as your position, benefits and else.

Job Acceptance

What if you are trying to decide whether to accept the job or not?

Accept the job if it offers a solution to all of your needs, not only the payment, but also the specifics of your performance inside the job. Consider everything of the role you are about to perform in the company.

It is also important to negotiate the terms of the offer showed in the “table of conversation.”

Let’s say you want to decline the offer, this should be done only when the above information is negative for you, or if/when in the interview you acknowledge that the company is not what you wanted.

Keep in Mind

I will show you some ideas you would want to keep in mind when you start writing your ultimate letter. Remember the achievements you want to meet, as you think in the following information:

  1. Gratefulness: This action will only bring good towards you and this event is not the exception. Be always thankful for every opportunity that shows up in your life. The first thing you have to do is to perform a letter of gratitude for the offer. This letter comes after everything is ready for you to start working. The purpose of the letter is to show your employer your thanks.

You can write down the gratitude word/phrase followed by the position you have just being accepted for. Phrases such as: “I am truly grateful for your trust in my abilities and qualifications, and I’m honored to be writing my thanks towards the opportunity you have given to me. I look forward to a productive working relationship with the company.”

  1. Confirmation: This section refers to the well-elaborated and logical order you would want to display in your letter. If during your interview you agree to follow the background checks that a job could be subject of… Then you would want to elaborate a confirmation letter indicating that you are confident that you will pass any test. Use this to confirm information as well: “I wish to accept the job offer of… extended on… with an annual salary of… I will report to the human resource manager on…
  2. End: The effort you have placed within your ultimate letter should be sealed with an epic ending. It is also to resemble the enthusiasm you possess for the job and to give information you want to add. Feel free to answer any concern or question before the company.

Examples

Yes of course, let me show you some examples you can use to inspire and to perform your own ultimate letter. Remember to customize and perform your own letter in accordance of the goals you want to achieve, and always remember to add of your ideas and professionalism.
